The Experience

From minimalist field shots to 'ready-to-go' seasonal setups, we offer as much or as little support as you need. All you have to do is bring the talent and the tech! Reach out today and we’ll help you put together a package that works perfectly for your vision.

  • We love partnering with the pros! Our farm is open for bookings to all licensed photographers and clientele looking for that perfect backdrop.

    • Fluffy Friend Access: Enjoy personalized shoots at your chosen location (on the farm) with our cows, billed at a simple bi-hourly rate. Timeslots available from 1 hour to 4 hours!

    • Holiday & Seasonal Magic (for licensed photographers): We provide selected festive setups for an easy "per session" fee added to your booking.

    • Complimentary Furniture: To help anchor your set, we provide a variety of seating options for use at no extra cost. Since we only provide the primary furniture pieces, we encourage you to bring any specialized props or decor needed to complete your vision.

    • The Vintage Vibe: Our family farm’s signature green antique tractor is available as a charming add-on for a simple, flat session fee.

    • Scheduling Policy:  Multiple or mini-sessions must be booked as one continuous block of time. This ensures scheduling efficiency and, most importantly, minimizes unnecessary stress on the animals. Booking back-to-back avoids the added fatigue of repeated catching, grooming, and moving around the farm. If a client requires sessions to be split into separate time slots throughout the day, a split-session fee may be applied to cover the additional scheduling, downtime, and setup requirements, depending on the specific situation.

    Note for individual bookings: Photographer fees are separate and handled directly through your chosen professional.

  • Photographers:

    • COI (Certification of Insurance) for the date of your photoshoot. Must be provided within 48 hours of your date.

    • Completed Photography Access Agreement

    • 25% deposit at time of reservation- if not reserved by client

    • Client Liability Release Forms- due on date of access

    Individuals:

    • Completed Client Booking and Liability Agreement

    • Paid booking, in-full, at time of reservation

    • The Photography Access Agreement has been signed and filed by your chosen licensed photographer

  • Want those dream pictures but don't know your way around a lens? No problem! We can connect you with our favorite local photographers who are the experts, or you can choose your own. Reach out today for our go-to list and to reserve your spot!

    Individual bookings cannot be reserved without a licensed photographer for your session.

  • To ensure the best environment for our animals and our guests, we don't currently offer general public visits or cuddle sessions. However, if you're booked for a photo shoot, getting to know and feed the cows is a natural (and favorite!) part of the experience. We can’t wait to introduce you to the herd during your session!

Your Journey to the Farm

Photographers:

Step 1

Let’s connect! We would love to host you! Please reach out to receive our pricing guide and check availability for your preferred dates. Once you're ready, we’ll send over a selection form so you can begin customizing your stay!

Step 2

Secure Your Spot. Once we’ve picked your date and timeframe, we’ll send over our Photography Access Agreement. Simply complete the form and submit your deposit to officially lock in your session on our calendar!

Step 3

Prep Your Clients. To keep everyone safe and happy, please share our Client Liability Form with your clients. They can sign these ahead of time and bring them along to the farm on the day of the shoot.

Step 4

The Big Day is Here! We can’t wait to see what you create! Here is a quick checklist of what to have ready when you arrive:

  • Signed Client Liability Forms for all guests.

  • Any personal props you’d like to use.

  • Your session final balance.

Individuals:

Step 1

Select your photographer! Once you’ve confirmed our availability we can connect you with our preferred photographers or you can reach out to your own!

Step 3

Your Photographer’s Signature! Once you’ve confirmed your selected photographer’s availability, send them our way to sign their Photography Access Agreement for your date!

Step 4

Secure your spot! To reserve your spot session balances are due, in-full, at time of reservation. Once received you are officially on our books!
